Ready to discover a unique and exceptional culinary experience?
For the first time ever and exclusively, La Maison Hubert unveils the behind-the-scenes secrets of high-end gastronomy’s Haute Couture.
A starred chef, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and a cast of local culinary artists from French and Swiss terroirs will host very exclusive experiences for a few privileged guests. They will tell their stories, share their passion, their products, and personal anecdotes while showcasing their know-how.
Discover the secret backstage of high-end gastronomy and personally meet the starred chefs who will reveal their secrets while you taste the specialties prepared by Meilleurs Ouvriers de France and delight your palate with a whole array of dishes prepared right in front of your eyes.
La Maison Hubert has created and organized these experiences just for you.
For three days only, and with limited seating, this culinary exploration will comprise six Carpe Diem events with one lunch and one dinner every day for three consecutive days.
COMING UP SOON:
Palace d’Angleterre Genève on March 22, 23, and 24th with Michelin three-star chef Jacques Pourcel and Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Primeurs) Frédéric Jaunault - French master sculptor of fruits and vegetables.
Then on stage April 26, 27, and 28th - in a soon to be announced location - starred chef Pascal Favre d’Anne, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France and seafood artist Jonathan Buirette will host our next series of Carpe Diem events.
La Maison Hubert founder Damien Hubert is based in Geneva and hails from the halls of high-end horology. His partner is none other than Paris-based Sébastien Ripari, world-famous international gastronomy “guru” also known as “The Chef Whisperer” and founder of the prestigious Bureau d’Étude Gastronomique. They are joined from New York by digital marketing and strategy expert Jerome Pineau.
