We work with a very large variety of the world's most famous and decorated Chefs. All of which belong to one or more of these institutions and all of which are superstars in their own rights.
ARE ALL THE CHEFS FRENCH OR SWISS?
No. Our network of superstar Chefs spans the globe and includes many different nationalities and culinary specialties.
DO YOU OPERATE WORLDWIDE?
La Maison Hubert is currently present in France, Switzerland, Hong Kong, and the United States. Please inquire for other locations.
CAN THE CHEFS COME TO MY HOME, VILLA, YACHT, OR JET?
La Maison Hubert is happy to organize an event at your location provided commercial cooking facilities are available. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
CAN I BOOK A SPECIFIC CHEF FOR AN EVENT?
You may indicate preference for a certain Chef or group of Chefs at booking time. We will make every effort to accommodate your special request but cannot guarantee their availability at booking time.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU ORGANIZE?
Regular events we call Carpe Diem are scheduled ahead of time in carefully-selected exclusive global locations. All Carpe Diem events are listed in our reservation center and can be booked directly online. "In the Wild" events are scheduled ahead of time in an outdoor setting. "Home Sweet Home" events can be ordered for a property of your choice including homes, villas, yachts, or jets as long as commercial cooking facilities are available onsite.
CAN I ORGANIZE A CORPORATE EVENT?
We are happy to secure some of Europe's greatest chefs, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and a full cast of gastronomy's most celebrated artists to completely amaze and wow your VIP clients in a location of your choice. To book a private corporate event please visit our reservation center.
CAN I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely. La Maison Hubert offers yearly subscriptions guaranteeing a certain number of seats over a given year at our pre-scheduled Carpe Diem events. To purchase a Carpe Diem subscription please visit our online store.
CAN I BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE CHEFS?
Some of the Chefs' products and other artisanal delicacies will shortly be available from our online boutique starting with renowned French herbalist Anaïs Kerhoas who has developed an array of exclusive herbal teas just for us!
DO YOU HAVE PHYSICAL STORES OR BOUTIQUES?

HOW MANY PEOPLE ATTEND SCHEDULED EVENTS?
Each event is independently designed and the number of attendees may vary, but typically the number is between 15 and 40 people. Total available seats for each event are indicated for each event invitation in our reservation center.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR HOME SWEET HOME EVENTS?
No, these events are 100% customized to your particular needs and desires.
WHAT IF I'M ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN PRODUCTS?
You must specify any allergies at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your special needs by proposing alternative ingredients.
HOW DO I PAY FOR EVENT BOOKINGS?
All events can be booked from our online reservation center using a credit card.
