Marie Robert named Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau!
You might remember our friend and chef partner Marie Robert - she’s hard to forget if you ever met her. We inducted her into the Maison Hubert fold last September 10th during our press conference at the Hôtel Beau-Rivage.
Yesterday she made the news all over Switzerland as Gault & Millau named her “Cuisinière de l’année” - which means Chef of the Year! The distinctive award is quite an honor for such a young chef (she’s only 30 years old!).
Marie is one of these women revolutionizing the high-end gastronomy industry which has, until recently, been male-dominated. As such, she deserves the place of honor she’s always held among the many courageous gastronomy and food women La Maison Hubert celebrates on a regular basis.
