Carpe Diem events are inherently human experiences. Spend one-on-one time with the chefs and a cast of culinary artists behind the scenes as they reveal their secrets, tell their stories, and share their passion. Yes, we will delight your palate and every single one of your senses. But we'll also warm your heart with an amazing human experience you will never forget.
This is what the La Maison Hubert event series called Carpe Diem is all about. Throughout 2018, we'll be organizing monthly events with selected chefs and "farm-to-table" artisans to delight your palate and warm your souls.
These events have very limited capacity - typically not more than 12 or 25 seats are available per sitting. They run three days in a row with one luncheon and one dinner session every day. Luncheons are CHF 350 per person and dinners CHF 480 per person. And here's the kicker: Carpe Diem events never repeat. They are unique lifetime moments each month in different locations and with different casts of artists.
